We ranked all 27 EPA-rated 1991 full-size pickups by what they cost to fuel. The Mazda B Pickup leads at about $2,114 a year (22 MPG), while the Dodge W250 Pickup is the most expensive to run at $4,227 (11 MPG). The median full-size pickup costs $2,906 a year to fuel.

Fuel costs assume 15,000 miles a year at $3.10/gal regular, $3.95/gal premium and 18¢/kWh. Each model is shown in its most efficient configuration.
